What you won't get with me is a super structured session.  We basically throw all the rules out the window and just go with the flow.  Family sessions - well your kids are likely going to dictate how those go and I don't want you to stress about it one bit mama!  

Will you get some images that definitely look posed - sure.  I know those are often the ones you share with family members but I really like to focus on capturing the heart of your family and freezing that moment in time.  This often means lots of prompts for movement and interaction.

Where are you located?

I am located near Fiske, SK in West Central Saskatchewan.

How many images are included?

Petite Lifestyle sessions include 10 images.  Full Lifestyle sessions include 30 images.

Do you give out RAW (unedited) photos?

No.  Most people don't have the software to view RAW images and RAW images often don't reflect my work as an artist.

How does payment work?

A 50% deposit is required to hold your session date with the remainder due two weeks prior to your session.  Payments can be made via credit card or e-transfer.

What happens if you can’t make our session?

If I am unable to make your session due to illness or a family death (yes those are likely the only reasons I would ever not make it!) I will offer a reschedule at no cost.

What if we cancel/reschedule our date?

You can reschedule your session at no cost one time.  Session retainers are non-refundable for any cancellations or reschedules.

How long have you been a photographer?

I began my photography journey as a second shooter for weddings in 2015.  Since then I have pivoted and focus mainly on boudoir and lifestyle photography.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Aside from a torrential downpour or blizzard the changing weather can make for beautiful, unique images.  If you prefer to cancel due to wind, or possible rain please let me know.

Will you photoshop us?

Short answer.  Nope.  I'll remove things like bug bites or anything that will disappear in two weeks but I will not alter you physically.

What do we wear to our photoshoot?

I've got some outfit tips and tricks for you but in general wear outfits that you are comfortable in!

How do travel expenses work?

I love traveling to client's locations!!  Mileage of $0.60/km may apply outside of the Rosetown/Fiske/D'Arcy areas.

Do you offer discounts?

Past clients receive 10% off their sessions and I may offer mini marathons on specific dates and at specific locations but other than that no I do not offer discounts.

What is your turnaround time?

Clients can expect to have their final photos no more than 4 weeks after selecting images from their proofs.  Proofs are delivered within 1 week of the session. 

Do you help in the planning process?

Absolutely! I am here to guide you in planning your session as much you need me to be.  I will send you guides and suggestions for outfits, locations, etc.

What types of sessions do you photograph?

I photograph family, maternity, graduate, and the occasional business portfolio.  I also do intimate portraits over at Mysterium by Erica Dawn
